E-SCOOTERS FROM GO!MATE: FEATHERWEIGHT FUN!
Cars and bicycles can quickly seem cumbersome and unpractical in the modern urban environment, especially in combination with the challenges posed by public transport compatibility. Their total kerb weight of 13kg makes the GO!MATE E-scooter stæp not only light to carry, this can be easily managed due to the folding mechanism making them collapsible. The ER1 allows the handlebars to be neatly folded away, the ER2 has an additional folding function at the front end of the scooter. This makes them both ideal partners while mastering the urban travelling environment.
The GO!MATE E-scooters staep are equipped with a footboard made from a multi-layered laminated wood. Similar to the skateboard concept, this board is designed to be flexible. This trick replaces heavy parts that also wear, such as conventional shock absorber systems. When the board is combined with such large pneumatic tyres it provides the effect of seeming to surf along the road! Reliable and secure deceleration is provided by the hydraulic 140mm disc brakes, from TEKTRO, at both the front and rear wheels. The innovative frame geometry is also a special feature of their design. A classic fixed hardtail at the rear with a 350W motor in a 12” wheel, combined with a single-sided fork suspension at the front with a 16” wheel. This high-tech machine is not only guaranteed fun, it is also handmade in Germany for increased durability! The range of this aluminium-framed E-scooter is estimated at around 35km. The rechargeable battery is removable and can also be securely locked in position when mounted. The acceleration is governed by an easily-operable thumb lever throttle.
Currently these E-scooters are available in a choice of three colour schemes: Black, blue and orange.
